Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born on April 10, 1986) was a model turned actress from India who primarily was seen in Hindi films. In 2004, Ayesha Takia won the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her role as the main character on Taarzan The Wonder Car which was her first acting role. Later, she appeared in a number of popular films, including Paathshaala (2010) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and Socha Na Tha (2010). The first time she appeared was in a Complan commercial. In the defining I'm A Complan Boy I'm A Complan girl commercial she was paired with Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. The song remix Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin also was a tribute to her. This song was a huge success in India at the time of remixes. Soon, she started getting offers for Bollywood films. Taarzan The Wonder Car was known late to her debut, which was planned to appear in the movie Socha Na Tha but was put off by production problems. Ayesha displayed her moral character by expressing her disapproval of her father in the law Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party MP Abu Azmi on the punishment of rape victims. She declared her veganism public when she took part in PETA's India advertisement. In 2006, the actress was named in the top 100 Most Desirable Woman of India.
